We all enjoy the fresh air outdoors and the kids get to burn off some of the boundless energy!
They like riding their scooters around.
They ride through the woods...
...and around the playground.
Nicholas is really good on his and zips all over the place.
Rachel tries to keep up and be cool just like her big brother and she'll be able to catch up with him soon.
Sometimes Rachel gets tired and just prefers to walk along the side of her scooter. She won't let me carry it for her because it HER scooter!
When they are done scootering around, we like to walk in the woods.
Rachel was so excited to cross a little puddle on this makeshift bridge that we found...that is, until she actually stepped out on it and then she grabbed my hand and pulled me along with her.
Our friends built this awesome tree house way up in the trees. I love it!
We always love to explore the creek bed while we're there.
We've been coming here since Nicholas was really little. What sweet memories of this park.
