Rachel likes to tap her foot when she is relaxed and happy. She usually just taps one foot at a time. She will tap her foot while she is nursing or tap her foot while I read to her or tap her foot when she's getting a bath. It's pretty cute so I told the grandparents I'd post a video clip of her on the blog.
