Halloween Snack Bats

Here's a fun way to bring some Halloween fun to snack time or party favors. We made Halloween Snack Bats. My kids helped with the project and had a lot of fun.

We used black construction paper, clothespins, black paint, googly eyes, and snack bags.

Start with painting the clothespins black.

My kids love anything having to do with paint. Is that just because it is one of the messier projects that we do?

Even my preschooler was able to help with this craft!

After the pins are painted and dried, the kids added two googly eyes to the ends of each of them.

Find the center of your snack bag and pinch it to help the clothespin attach to it.

Cut out some contruction paper bat wings and decorate with paint pens and stickers for an especially fun Halloween snack bag.

We plan to use this idea and change it up a little to work for other holidays!
