Halloween Photo Shoot

We decided to take some posed pictures of the kids in their Halloween costumes. Stuart got out his gear - camera, lights, backdrop, etc. Nicholas is always easy to photograph. He's cute and quite a ham in front of a camera. It's especially easy when there is a mask involved and you don't have to worry about him looking at the camera or getting his smile just right. His photo shoot was short and sweet.



Rachel's was a bit more involved. Toddlers at a photo shoot must have at least one wrangler within arm's length to deal with the crisis of boredom, pulled off princess crowns, and the ever quest of getting her to look at the camera AND smile!

Stuart caught this great picture of her. Sweet, smiling, and looking at the camera.



Although Stuart makes it look easy to take great pictures, I thought I'd share with you just a few of the many, many pictures that didn't make the cut. They are kind of entertaining in their own way.







...and then the crown was pulled off and a minor meltdown ensued anytime it was placed back on her head...
